What hours is your facility open for us to work on the unit?	a.m. to p.m.
What type of services is required?	Priority Emergency Call Your equipment is inoperable and you cannot make copies. We will respond as fast as we can to get a technician to your office.
	Emergency Call Your equipment is working, but is causing you problems. We will do everything possible to have a technician there within four working hours.
	Maintenance Call Your equipment is operating properly, but is due for a routine maintenance. We will be there as soon as we can - within the next two working days.
Problems with equipment:	Copy paper jamming: Paper feeding area Sorter Inside the machine Machine will not turn on Originals not feeding properly Machine making unusual noise Copy quality problems: Spots on copy Streaks on copy Copy density is uneven Copies too light Copies too dark
